Reading with the Princeton Tigers

Dear Friend of JP:

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to have scholar-athletes from Princeton University visit JP, typically twice a year, to read their favorite childhood stories to our boys and girls, talk to our pupils about life and studies at college, and answer our youngsters’ questions.  We missed our guests’ visit this spring because both the University and our schools have been closed.

Not to worry!  Our partners at the University, under the coordination of Erin Metro, the Associate Director for Community Relations and, as well, the mother of two JP alumni, has shared with us a website where, with your children, you can access University scholar-athletes reading the stories that entertained them when they were the ages of our boys and girls.

Please snuggle as a family and go to eReading with the Tigers, a series of recorded videos featuring our University friends paying forward to our pupils.  These videos might be good viewing for a rainy afternoon or a bedtime venture.
