Hello JP! Thank you for celebrating another wonderful Spring Picnic with us last night. We hope you had a blast. 

Thank you especially to the incredible Events Team: Manasi Shah, Kuleen Singh, and Neelam Mulchandani, for organizing all the many logistics of planning an event of this size and pivoting so smoothly when we had to use the rain date. This team deserves so much love and appreciation for taking on this event with open hearts and impressive resourcefulness. We are so grateful. Thank you!! 

Thank you to all our many parent volunteers who helped set up, serve food, and clean up. We are also grateful for our PHS volunteers who came and painted faces, served food and lemonade, and hauled tables. Thank you to the Spiritwear team for serving looks even from the hottest part of the field! Thank you for the epic waterfillers who saved us from dehydration many times :)

Our picnics would never be as fun or energetic without the famous party-leading talents of our very own Mr. M. We are endlessly lucky and appreciative that Mr. Myricks chooses to share his gifts with the JP community. Thank you, Mr. M! 

Thank you to our wonderful custodial staff led by Mr. Abbott for helping us set up and clean up for this event. We are also grateful to Ms. Michele Cowell for setting up transportation, and to Dr. Young for supporting us through all our PTO activities.

A big sweet and fluffy thank you to Nothing Bundt Cakes who gifted us more than half of our desserts last night (over 400 “bundtinis”!!) and to McCaffrey’s for donating a store gift card. We are so grateful for their generosity.

Last but truly not least, thank you to everyone for donating and supporting the PTO. This picnic was 100% funded by your donations. It means so much to our community to be able to have fun and bond as fellow parents/families without a cost barrier. The JP PTO is excellent year after year because of all of YOU, and we are grateful for your support!
