Dear Parents,

It is this time of the year where the current JP PTO Executive is working into constituting the PTO Executive for the next school year.

We ask you to please complete the attached Google Form. The first part of the form invites you to apply to one of our several committees or to nominate yourself to the position of treasurer or secretary, should you wish to take a more active participation into the PTO. The second half is a survey on the activities of the PTO.
