Hello again JP!
We are still actively recruiting Room Parents for each classroom. We still have openings! As a room parent, you will serve as the liaison between your child’s classroom teacher and, at times, between the PTO, and the other classroom parents. You will primarily use Konstella, our school-wide communication platform, to relay classroom-specific announcements to classroom parents, send out sign-up sheets and solicit classroom donations or volunteers for scheduled classroom events such as parties, trips or special projects. You will also organize collections from families for teacher gifts twice a year - at the winter holidays and the end of year.
We have extended the date! Each class needs a minimum of one and a maximum of two room parents. To be considered for a coordinating room-parent position, please send me a message via Konstella before Monday September 23rd.
