Preside at all PTO meetings, attend monthly PTOC meetings, serve as the official representative of the PTO and as liaison to the school principal, run the annual fundraising drive, prepare agendas for PTO meetings, retain all official records of the PTO, sign all contracts and financial instruments, serve as ex officio member of all committees, coordinate the work of all officers and committees, and ensure that the purpose of the organization is served.
