Thank you for volunteering to be a room parent at Johnson Park Elementary (JP). Our volunteers are what distinguishes us from other schools in the area and what makes JP a special place. If you are new to the school, welcome to the JP family!

As a room parent, you will serve as the liaison between your classroom teacher and the other classroom parents. You will primarily use Konstella, our school-wide communication platform, to relay announcements to classroom parents, send sign-up sheets and solicit volunteers for scheduled classroom events.

Please note that if you work full time and cannot attend an event or a field trip, do not be concerned: all you need to do is solicit volunteers for that event.
