Kaiser Families -
Wow! What an amazing Walk-a-thon we had yesterday! Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated money, asked friends and family to donate, walked lap after lap, enjoyed a Dad's Club tri-tip sandwich, bought Spirit Wear, slurped a SnoCone and enjoyed some sunshine and community on a gorgeous Saturday at our special school. A special thank you shout out to Alicia Johnson, Meryl Phillips Miller and Rachel Prince for all of their hard work to make the event so awesome, and thank you so much to all of the volunteers who helped set up, stamp lap cards and so much more. It all comes together with the help of each and every one of you!
Okay, now for the numbers!
- 60% (160) of all Kaiser Students Attended
- Raised $5,638 at the Walk-a-thon, which includes the proceeds from the Dad's Club BBQ, Girl Scout Bake Sale, Spirit Wear sales, and an additional cash and checks turned in
- We are 88% of the way to meeting our $40,000 goal. Our Walk-a-thon website will be accepting donations until Wednesday so it's not too late to make a contribution to get us to 100%! https://kaiser.walkstarter.org/
