22/23 Family Movie Nights

Current Status: Tentative until minimum volunteer needs are met.

 

Help plan one of Monte Vista's favorite activities: FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT! 

Twice a year (fall & spring), we bring in the magic of cinema to the Monte Vista fields!

 

Co-Chairs to manage budget, align with district and administration, oversee execution of the events (main point of contact), and provide regular updates to PTO board liaison.

 

Volunteers will help to decide the theme/movie, and assist with the execution of this event by soliciting and confirming outside vendors (movie screen, food/beverage, etc.), engaging on-campus groups (choir, art, 5th grade committee, as example), and assisting with the setup and breakdown on the day of each event.
