Enjoy working outside or gardening? Help Monte Vista with the upkeep and maintenance of their Heritage Wildlife Garden!

Situated in front of the office, the garden hosts a wide variety of plant life as well as a decorative pond. Miscellaneous volunteer tasks may include trimming plants, pulling weeds, watering, planting, sweeping, raking, filling bird feeders, cleaning the pond filter, or other needed chores. Volunteers must provide their own garden tools, and may access the garden before, during, or after school hours and/or on weekends and holidays. Volunteers will need to coordinate with committee chair(s) or the front office for access to the locked garden. Though one volunteer is needed per month, volunteers may engage family, friends, neighbors, etc. to assist with garden needs.
