Help bring our school spirit to life!

On the Spirit Gear committee, chairs and volunteers help with sale and distribution of spirit shirts and other spirit gear to Monte Vista students, teachers, and families.

The chair is responsible for working directly with the gear vendor(s) to negotiate pricing and a contract, and then place the gear order. They will coordinate a sale process for families to purchase items. Once the gear is printed, the chair will work with volunteers and the school to oversee and execute distribution. The chair is responsible for any associated budget and is considered the main point of contact. They are to provide regular updates to the PTO board liaison.

Volunteers are needed to assist with gear sales to families, marketing, and distribution.

At the end of the school year, the chair will work with the PTO and school administration to host a student design contest for the following year.
