The Hospitality Committee provides that extra special touch for teachers and staff during special events like Parent/Teacher Conferences, Teacher Luncheons, first week of school, assemblies, Teacher Appreciation Week, and so many more!
This committee is responsible for receiving donations of food, drinks and goodies from local businesses, soliciting our Monte Vista parents and communities for donations, and setting up/cleaning up before & after events. The committee also drafts thank you notes to donors for their generous contributions.
The committee chair(s) will manage the budget, coordinate volunteers, align with administration, and provide regular updates to the PTO board liaison.
