Co-Presidents Signed Up: 2 / 2Responsible for setting agendas for all board meetings, committee chair meetings, special & general PTO meetings. Works directly with the school's principal to maintain a supportive relationship between the school and the PTO. Supervise, direct, and coordinate work of the PTO. Act as a positive role model and spokesperson for the PTO. Should possess strong leadership, communication, and management skills. Must be helpful, but not critical and must enjoy fundraising, event production and public speaking. All board members collectively "liaison" the PTO committees to provide support and leadership.

Co-Vice Presidents Signed Up: 2 / 2Responsible for assisting the PTO President and other board members to ensure all PTO events are successful. This includes assisting with the brainstorming, planning and operation of family fun nights. The vice presidents are also responsible for helping the co-treasurers, as needed. All board members collectively "liaison" the PTO committees to provide support and leadership.

Co-Treasurers Signed Up: 2 / 2Accounting and computer skills are vital. Strong attention to detail. Responsible for the monthly financial records and funds of the PTO. Treasurer reports monthly budgets, accounts payable transactions and reimbursements, accounts receivables, reconciliation's, year end taxes, and other financial responsibilities. Assists committee chairs with collecting cash and credit payments for events and fundraisers. All board members collectively "liaison" the PTO committees to provide support and leadership.

Co-Secretaries Signed Up: 2 / 2Responsible for recording minutes of PTO Board, committee, and general meetings and makes them available to view on the PTO website. Secretaries send thank you notes to local businesses, teachers and staff, as needed. All board members collectively "liaison" the PTO committees to provide support and leadership.
