Let's take a moment to find time for connection and collective wellness through a Restorative Yoga session. La Scuola’s DEIB Committee has partnered with Haum Yoga, an LGBTQ+-owned and operated business, to bring yoga to families and teachers in our community. This event continues our efforts to bridge community partnerships within the neighbors we are a part of.
Space for this event is limited to 25. The first 25 registrants will receive a confirmation of their spot, and all others will be placed on a waitlist. Thank you for understanding!

About Our Instructor: Juan Sebastian Ayala (He/They)
Juan is a first-generation Mexican American who identifies as queer and is living to honor the ancestors before them. Juan has over 15 years of experience in dance, fitness, and yoga. In each of their classes, they are fully immersed in the experience and feel larger than life.
"Since starting dance, I realized that movement is my home; that movement allows me and my body to feel larger than myself and that I am a part of something larger than my physical body. Then the transition from dance to fitness to yoga allowed me to truly live the experience of being a part of something larger; community."
