Italian Heritage Parade
Sun, Oct 7 12:00pm-5:30pm
North Beach - start location is the foot of Jefferson and Powell streets in Fisherman's Wharf

The Italian Heritage Parade in San Francisco is the city's oldest civic event. It's also the nation's oldest Italian American Parade dating back to 1868. This year will be the 150th anniversary of this incredible cultural celebration.

La Scuola is honoured to be included in this event and we are looking for volunteers to represent our amazing community in both organizing or involvement and representing us in the parade.

This annual event is part of the Columbus Day celebration. The parade begins at 12:30 pm at the foot of Jefferson and Powell Streets in Fisherman’s Wharf, proceeds south through North Beach on Columbus Avenue and ends in Washington Square in front of Saints Peter and Paul Church. Parade viewing is available throughout the entire route.
