SPEAK Event: Rupture & Repair: How to Reconnect After Conflict

Featuring Dr. Jean Clinton and Lisa Rothman

November 1,  7:00-8:30 p.m. at The Cathedral School for Boys

Relationships, whether they be friendships, parent-child bonds, professional associations, or partnerships, will always experience moments of tension, conflict or rupture at one time or another. SPEAK has the privilege of hosting psychiatrist Dr. Jean Clinton and communications expert Lisa Rothman as they delve into the neuroscience of conflict and provide effective communication strategies for repairing parent-child relationships. Understanding what happens in our brain when navigating a strained relationship is critical to fostering healing and reconnection. By the end of the session, parents and attendees will leave not only with a deeper understanding of relationship dynamics but also with a comprehensive toolbox of skills and strategies for rebuilding trust and reinforcing connection.

Registration is FREE and open to all La Scuola parents!
