JOIN THE SPIRIT SECTION!

Sambaxe is contingent number 41 meeting time is  10:30am and that the float will be on Bryant btw 22nd and 23rd

Spirit Ala (Section) Join the parade and cheer on the dancers to keep the energy going! Open to families and all ages. The Spirit Section also monitors water, safety, and parade pacing. Join Sambaxe and represent La Scuola at Carnaval! Kids Ala (Section) features youth dancers up to 8th grade.  Youth will learn a modified version of the adult choreography and dance in full costume.

Kids Ala Registration Fee $25/child

Kids Ala Costume Fee $75

Rehearsal class starts at 11 am. Kid rehearsals are  12-12:45 at the Balboa Park location. Sign-up sheets are open at least 24 hours before practice. All kid rehearsals are free.

Nobody is turned away due to inability to pay. We are fundraising to subsidize the cost of kids’ and teen costumes for families who need assistance. Financial aid scholarships are available by contacting Ann at sambaxe.ann@gmail.com.
