Hi all, I'm still not sure what happened today. I think it was wonderful chaos! I hope no one is too sunburned. 

First, THANK YOU TO THE PARENTS AND TEACHERS who made today so special! For the first-timers to Lafayette Field Days like myself, we realized that this event is fully carried by the teachers and families of the community. The PTA just supplies the sugar and play equipment. THANK YOU!!!

And a special shout-out to room parents and all of the volunteers! That was so much work and effort put into today. 

** One quick announcement - there were a few items left at the park that we brought back to the school and put in the Lost & Found area, including some adult jackets, some folding camping chairs (Including my own that I was happy to find when putting other items there), a cooler, and folding matt/seat. If you are missing some items from today you can check in the Lost and Found area outside of the Auditorium. **

Lastly, whoever can guess the closest to the weight of garbage dropped off at the SF Recology center after the event today gets to run this next year!
