Hi Everyone
First off, thank you so much to ALL the people who came out, or logged on, to the big meeting yesterday. None of it was fun or easy, but once again the community showed up and demonstrated its commitment to Lafayette. If you missed it, and you are all caught up on White Lotus, you can snuggle up in bed tonight and click through the massive slideshow.
But for right now, here are 3 simple things you can do right now to make an impact. Ready, set....GO!
TELL US WHAT YOU THINK. Fill out this quick survey on how you believe the PTA's $190,000 should be spent to help fill the gaps in this coming year's budget, and what our fundraising goals should look like moving forward. This survey is designed for our entire community: parents, caregivers, teachers and staff.
PUSH BACK. Let the EPC (Enrollment Placement Center) know that over-enrolling our classrooms and forcing combined grade classrooms is not only the wrong move for our kid's education, it's NOT ALLOWED. Here is an email template and contact info.
