Registration is NOW through Labor Day. How do I see the selection of classes and register? – Register online on Homeroom. You will need to set up an account if it’s your first time registering. The only class that is not on Homeroom is Mandarin. Go directly to the Qiao Ji Mandarin website to sign up. When do classes start? – Most classes start the week of September 7th, with a few starting the following week. They run until December 18th with one week off for Parent Teacher conferences. How do I find out the details about the different programs? – Go to Homeroom.com for all the info. Days, times, rates, and descriptions of each program can be found there. Where do the classes take place? Almost all classes take place right after school at Lafayette. Art and biking will take place off campus, and the providers will meet the students at Lafayette. How does my child get to and from the class? The school will handle everything! For drop off, your child’s teacher will make sure they get to the correct location on time. For pick up, if your child is in an after school program (YMCA or RNC), they will meet your child after the class. If your child is being picked up to go home right after class, the teacher of the enrichment program will let you know where to meet your child when class is over. Are there scholarships and discounted rates? Yes! Almost all of the programs offer sliding scales and discounted rates for families that need it. For information on how to apply for the discounted rates, please contact Kristen Coleman, Lafayette's After School Enrichment Coordinator. Her contact information is below. More Questions?
