Monday is Dia de los Muertos! To celebrate this holiday, Lafayette will have an ofrenda- an altar for us to celebrate and honor loved ones who have passed.
Families, staff, and students are encouraged to bring photos of loved ones who have passed and display them on the ofrenda. If the photo is one you want returned to you, please write your child's name and room number on the back. They can be in a frame or just a photo.
You can bring photos starting this Friday 10/30. The ofrenda will be located in the hallway between the library and 37th and Anza entrance. We will display the ofrenda for 2 weeks.
