Hello teachers and parents,
Thank you all for planning to prepare such great food and crafts for this year's Autumn Carnival! The teacher tables truly make this event special for all the kids.
Please take a look at the map where you can find your team table number. The table numbers for each corresponding team is in [bold] and found in the Teacher Table sign up sheet. The PTA will supply the tables, tablecloths, and outlets (if requested). Teams can start setting up at 11am or 10am if needed. Please prepare for light rain and canopies are also allowed (not provided). In the chance that the forecast changes to pouring rain we will decide to set up indoors. In that case, the Teacher Tables will move into the cafeteria and hallways (no map made!) and the games and activities into the Auditorium. Unfortunately, this change could be done Sat morning but I will do my best to keep everyone updated if there are any changes.
Please let me know if there are other concerns about the map or other questions. Very excited to celebrate!
