Hi families,
Due to the rain, Field Day will now take place at Lafayette. Hellman Hollow in GGP is no longer viable for the event.
For all families:
• Supplies, snacks etc should be dropped off in the Cafeteria this morning
• If you are providing hot food, please have it delivered to your child's classroom after 9:00
• Please still bring blankets, tarps and whatever else you signed up to bring as they will likely still be useful
If you signed up to volunteer:
• All volunteers should check in in the STEAM lab (located just outside the cafeteria by the center stairway)
• Activities won't start until 9:00(ish)
• We appreciate your flexibility: some changes will have to be made given the new location. We still need your help but you may be assigned to a different activity than the one you originally signed up for.
