Hello Lafayette Families,
As we start planning for next year's enrichment classes, we would love your feedback on you and your child's experiences with these programs.
Please fill out this survey by April 1st to share your feedback on the enrichment classes. You must fill out one survey for EACH class your child took. So if your child took 2 classes, that would mean two separate surveys. At the top of the survey there is a place for you to indicate which class your response is for.
Your feedback is communicated to our providers so they can make improvements where necessary. It also really helps us in making decisions which programs we bring back next year.
