National Arts in Education Week is a national celebration in September from the 14th to the 20th, recognizing the transformative power of the arts in education. In honor of NAEW, Lincoln will have 2 days of lunchtime activites on Wednesday, September 17th and Thursday, September 18th.
On Wednesday, kids will use strips of construction paper and other materials to create a pumpkin. On Thursday, kids will re-create their own version of the painting "Lilies" by Monet using oil pastels.

If you are a CUSD cleared volunteer, we would love to have you sign up to volunteer. Volunteers will help set up tables and materials in different areas, help students with the lunchtime activity and clean up after the lunch activity.
