Coordination of walk / run event with LMS and promotion of event on social media channels, LMS communications, and flyering, posters.

Coordination with PE teachers on location and run, course route, lap counters, student check-in, start/stop logistics, race cards/wrist bands,

Donation coordination, document development and tracking, pledge forms, donation letter, auditing procedures, donation collections, classroom and student donation auditing for final results

Work with LMS Leadership team and PE instructors to create fun and engaging spirit activities that get the student and parent community excited and having fun with the event such as decorated teams, body paint/chalk, costumes, etc. Also work on prize format, structure and awards for students, teachers and classrooms.

Coordinate with classroom teachers and PE instructors on document distribution, instructions and collections. Partner with PE instructors to evaluate best approach for the event during PE classes.
