• November 1st to 15th – Five Little Monkeys Fundraiser: Shop and Give Back to Little Wonders

• November 3rd – Required Night Class for Monday Young Ones and Tuesday/Thursday 2s Classes from 7-9 PM 

• November 3rd to November 14 — Collecting Handprints in class for Keepsakes

• November 4th – Virtual Preschool Support Class from 8-9:30 PM 

• November 8th Shop & Drop Social at Little Wonders from 9-11 AM

• November 8th – Required Class for Thursday Mixed Age from 3-5 PM

• November 12th – Required Class for Wednesday Ones from 7-9 PM

• November 15th – Scholastic Book Orders Due

• November 15th – Required School Wash for Friday Ones Class from 8:30-10:30 AM

• November 17th – First Aid and CPR Class (Infant, Child and Adult) 

• November 19th – Required Night Class for Friday Ones from 7-9 PM

📚🍷 November Required Night Classes

Join your class for a fun and educational evening!

This is the second mandatory class of the year — if you cannot attend your class’s scheduled date, please choose one of the other options and let your teacher know right away.

We’ll be exploring our personalities through the Myers-Briggs assessment and discovering how it impacts our parenting and partnerships. Each parent should take the test and send your results to your teacher: https://www.humanmetrics.com/personality

🚑 First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Class

📅 Monday, November 17, 2025
🕖 7:00 PM
📍 Little Wonders (in person)

Get certified in adult, child, and infant First Aid, CPR, and AED with In Home CPR. Includes 2.5–3 hours of online pre-work plus a 1.5-hour in-person session.

💵 $74 per participant — please submit one form per person (grandparents, nannies, and caregivers welcome).
🗓️ Register by Monday, November 10 to allow time for pre-work.

🧷 Diaper Drive for LifeMoves: October 27 – November 21

Help support LifeMoves, a local nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness in the Silicon Valley area, including San Mateo County. LifeMoves provides housing, outreach, and vital services to families and individuals working toward stability and self-sufficiency.

They are in urgent need of:

• Diapers (sizes 4–7) and pull-ups (open packages welcome!)

• Wipes, ointment, and baby powder

Donations can be dropped off at Little Wonders during class through November 21.

📚 Scholastic Book Orders 

The Little Wonders Scholastic Book Club is a fun way to grow your home library and help our school earn free books and resources. Order by Saturday, November 15th!

Teacher Suzanne’s Recommendations: There are lots of good books to celebrate the holidays. Here are some of my picks for more general books Harvest Days:Giving Thanks Around the World, If You Give A Mouse A Cookie, Eyes that Kiss in the Corners, Molly Lou Melon pack, Nat’l Geo Things That Go pack, The Feel Good Book, the Llama llama picture book pack, Click, Clack, Moo, Cow That Type and the Nat’l Geo Winter Animals pack. The great board books are Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site Concepts pack, Goodnight Moon, The Napping House and The Tiny Seed. For your older kids, Peter Reynolds’ three books The Gift of Words, The Word Collector and Our Table are brilliant. There are lots of fun character books this time too!
