Bean Bag Toss/ Wee Ones Play Area Signed Up: 1 / 1

This is a play area for our smallest guest party guests, including crawlers! Using the blue gym mats, basketball hoop, tunnel, inflatable Halloween beach balls and small climbing/ crawling play structure at LW, you will create a fun play area for the wee ones. You will also operate the beanbag toss, where children toss bean bags through holes in a cutout pumpkin board and receive a prize.

Cookie Decorating Signed Up: 2 / 2

This booth is a craft activity where the children decorate a Halloween cookie to eat or take home.

Decorations/ Pumpkin Patch/Check-In Signed Up: 4 / 5

The decorations/ pumpkin patch team is responsible for all decorations at the Halloween Party (inside and outside). Signs should be placed in parking lot, entrances and exits. This team will decorate the interior of Kloss Hall and oversee the individual booth decorations. All decorations are stored in LW storage shed or classroom (see storage inventory). Members of this team are also responsible for creating a pumpkin patch area outside, setting up and managing the check-in booth during both parties, preparing goodie bags and blowing up helium balloons.

Duck Pond / Tattoos Signed Up: 2 / 2

At this booth, children fish rubber ducks out of a large metal tub with small nets and win a prize. The kids love it, although it makes quite a wet mess!

Photo Booth Signed Up: 1 / 1

At this booth, families pose for a picture against a special Halloween backdrop. Historically, pictures have been Polaroids but we now use a digital camera and upload them to Costco for printing. Hand out the pictures in the classroom after the event.

Trick-or-treat Bag Decorating Signed Up: 2 / 2

This booth is a craft activity where the children decorate a Trick or Treat bag to use at the party for the “Trick or Treat Practice” booth.

Trick-or-treat practice Signed Up: 1 / 1

At this booth, kids learn how to trick or treat! They follow a decorated path to a door, ring a real doorbell, and say “Trick or Treat”. They receive a treat from the booth mom behind the door.

Witch's Corner Signed Up: 1 / 1

The booth mom will dress up like a friendly witch, complete with a cauldron full of “witch’s brew” (AKA small prizes for kids to take home). This friendly witch will read Halloween stories and lead children and parents in Halloween songs.

Fishing Game Signed Up: 1 / 1

This booth is a backdrop painted like the sea. The children have fishing poles and “cast” their lines over the top. The booth member stands behind the backdrop and attaches a prize to the line, then encourages the child to reel in their prize. This booth has historically been run as a “fishing for books” game. Little Wonders typically has plenty of scholastic books to use, so check current inventory for leftovers.
