SECOND GRADE INSECTROPOLIS BUGS ON THE GO - Wednesday, October 4th
Touch a live tarantula, scorpion, millipede, and a hissing cockroach! Insectropolis is a fun and unique insect learning center with a mission to foster an appreciation for bugs and their place in our world. The Littlebrook PTO is happy to sponsor their Bugs On The Go program for our second graders. Students will receive an introduction to arthropods and insects while learning about the diversity of life. Ask your children about this unique program- what was their favorite bug, were they brave enough to hold one?

SPECIAL ED MEET AND GREET - Thursday, October 5th
Review the results of the Spring 2017 parent focus groups, the district’s Special Education priorities and the Special Education PTO programs for the upcoming school year.  Meet Special Education administrators and the Special Education PTO advisory liaisons for your school.  We will also provide a chance to ask pertinent questions.

NOMAD PIZZA PTO FUNDRAISER – Wednesday, October 18th, 5pm-9pm
Get over the "what's for dinner?" hump on Wednesday, October 18th by joining us for a Littlebrook PTO fundraiser at Nomad Pizza in Princeton. Whether you dine-in or take-out, 20% of your check (excluding alcohol) will be donated back to our PTO fund. In order for sales to be tracked, you must make sure you mention Littlebrook at check-out or to your server. And don't forget to share this event with your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

BREAKFAST & BOOKS - Saturday, November 4th
Save the Date! Join us for breakfast at school, enjoy book readings and browse the Scholastic book fair. A fun event for all the family! To volunteer for this event, or to learn more about planning and organizing our family events throughout the year, please contact Angela Weaver at A_L_Weaver@hotmail.com. This committee needs volunteers to plan and manage these events, and if you are looking to meet other LB families or if you like event planning, this may be for you! There are various ways to help with Family Events, so please contact Angela if interested!

AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
If you are interested in planning and coordinating After School Activity Clubs for LB, please join the committee and the organizers will contact you. It's a great volunteer opportunity that you can do on your own time. The program has been running successfully and efficiently for a few years. It's a dedicated yet flexible team which is looking to welcome two new parents to keep the program running smoothly. Want to meet the organizers and learn more about the role?
