A11. NEW!  Couch to 5K - Spring Season
Donated by the families of Roy & Sidney Bellace and Sophia & Tyler Cassese
> Date:           Six Weeks - Thursdays, 8:30am (5/3, 5/10, 5/17, 5/24, 5/31, 6/7)
> Location:     Littlebrook School - Main entrance (outside)
> Open to:      Adults  (Max:  20 adults)
> Donation:     $60 per adult
Enjoy watching the spring bloom while running outdoors! Littlebrook parents and run club coaches Dara Bellace and Allie Cassese are back by popular demand for another Couch to 5K season! This is a six-week program, meeting for about an hour 1-2 mornings a week. ALL ability levels are welcome! Dara and Allie will work with our Littlebrook group to ease even first-time runners into a healthy running regimen. The goal will be to run the HomeFront Rock & Roll 5K together, which will be held on Sunday, June 10th, 2018 in Princeton. Register here

A6. Comedy Open Mic and Dessert

Treat yourself to some comedy and delicious desserts at LiLLiPiES. Hosted by pro speaker/stand-up comedian and Littlebrook dad, Matt Bellace.  You’ll see performances by Matt and may be a few of his comic friends – plus you’ll get a chance to do a few minutes!  It will be a fun and supportive atmosphere for all newcomers. Our celebration of Littlebrook's international community was made possible by those who volunteered to represent their countries, providing wonderful displays, crafts and activities, delicious food and even wearing national dress. Heartfelt thanks to Lilia Mawson, Juliana Nascimento, Martha D'Avila, Adrianne Pedrosa, Elia Melo dos Santos, Constanza Ferro, Aurore Jomier, Anjali Shah, Sohini Rath, Macarena De Torres, Oxana Hanstveit, Khilola Isamukhamdeov, Jinghua Li, Yechao Zhang, Huixin Zhang, Robert Luo, Liang Wang, Xiao Chen, Xiancheng Peng, Yan Huang, Xiaoman Lan, Liping Liu, Wen Wang, Hui Ye, Xiaoying Zou, Lingyun Zhu, Ohad Mayblum, Neta Gur-Ari, Elinor Volansky Duady, Ifat Bar-Or, Joanna and Martin Wuehr, and Lori Pesnell. Thank you all so much for your generosity!

Thanks also to those who helped plan, decorate and run the evening - Suzanne Lehrer, Ruth Connolly, Jaclyn Tsang, Susan Marcantonio, Xin Ning, Joann Lin, Haewon Chung, Peng Jia, Jennie Lai, Margaret Rudolph, Jenny Ludmer, Carolyne Lederman, and to Mr Ramirez for hosting. We enjoyed some great performances, including those by Littlebrook students - thank you to 2nd graders Aaron Wang and Cassandra Hanstveit, and 3rd grader Jayen Shah.  Finally, thank you to all those who sent their children dressed in costume, contributed international foods, and came out to join in the fun!

LOBBY CASE  HELPER-Are you looking to help the school on a seasonal basis and perhaps you like to organize or decorate? The PTO is looking for someone to help maintain and create seasonal displays in the lobby cases. It's a perfect opportunity to volunteer on your own time! GARDEN CLUB - Mondays 3-4pm
Join us in the garden to get your hands dirty and learn about all things gardening.  Meet at the back doors near the kindergarten play groud.  Parents and children welcome!  Email questions


LB ART SHOW - Thursday, May 10th, 7pm-8pm
Don't miss the 2018 Littlebrook Art Show!  Each Littlebrook student will have artwork displayed in the show.

5th GRADE MIXER - Friday, May 4th, 6-8pm
RSVP to the John Witherspoon Middle School Mixer of Princeton public schools’ 5th graders! Come meet your peers from all four elementary schools for a free, fun filled evening of games and music. Principal Jason Burr and a school counselor will be there to welcome the 5th graders and answer questions.Register online here.

Have you ever wanted to learn to row? The Princeton National Rowing Association is running and Adult Summer Rowing League geared toward brand new rowers as well as people who rowed a million years ago and wanted to get back in a boat.  Let's put a Littlebrook team together - parents, teachers, administrators - and have some summer fun! The team will meet once per week in the evening during the summer at Caspersen Rowing Center on Mercer Lake in West Windsor.  Please contact Littlebrook parent Hilary Gehman for more information at
