It's time for our annual Teacher and Staff Appreciation Door Decorating week! It's always so fun seeing what our Llewellyn community comes up with for our teachers and staff to show how much they really appreciate them. This week on Friday we are going to have a door decorating party with jams from the 90s' playing in the hallways to really get into our theme for this year! Dancing encouraged but not required :)
You can pick any day this week to decorate your door either before or after school. If you have never decorated a door before, there will be a tutorial on Friday, May 3 right after school so that you know where the supplies are and and how to use the paper and letter cutting machines. If you can't make the tutorial, ask your class lead and they should be able to give you the 411.
There will be a lot of people on hand to help if you have any questions or need help with assembly. There will also be a couple of doors decorated ahead in the upper and lower grades so that you can get your creative side jamming.
We are looking forward to decorating our hallways to show how special our teachers and staff are to us! Students can be a part of the decorating and more than one person can share a door. Find a friend and join us!
