Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is coming up May 6-10!!  We have decided to go back to the 90s and let our Llewellyn teachers and staff know that they are all that and a bag of chips!  The entire week will be filled with daily surprises and yummy potlucks to show our gratitude, as if we would forget.  So here's the dealio:  

There will be sign-ups starting this week for decorating staff doors and bringing some yummy treats to the staff break room during this special week.

• Door decor can be done the week before either before or after school.  We have attached some ideas for doors decor to get your creative juices flowing.  Students can be involved and community members can tag team the effort.  There will be a tutorial by Lindsay Lopez, on Friday, May 3 right after school so that you can get the 411 on how to use the die cut machine to make letters, where supplies are, and the do's and don'ts for covering the doors. Doors need to be decorated before Monday, May 6.

• Potluck items can be dropped off directly to the staff break room. Times will differ based on what meal we are providing.  Check the signups for specific drop off times.

• A newsletter will go out the week before in your student's folder describing the events for each day.  It is also attached to this announcement.

With your help, we will make our staff feel like they are all that and then some.  Please feel free to show appreciation to our staff in your own way as well.  All of these are suggestions and not requirements.
