We are starting to gear up for the PTA's biggest fundraiser of the year - the auction!
This year we are hoping to have both an in-person and online component. We're currently looking for help on the online portion.
We need 10 volunteers to reach out to a set list of 10-20 businesses to ask for donations. There is a template you can use when asking for donations. This can be done any time of the day or on weekends - we'd just like the initial outreach to happen by the end of the month. You will also be responsible for picking up or coordinating the delivery of any donated items from your list.
Expected time commitment: 2 hours.
