*Procure wine donations from families, friends or businesses to be auctioned during the WINE GRAB at the auction-Goal would be 100 bottles. *Wrap wine bottles to be displayed at auction *Bring wine to auction & set up table *Recruit wine grab volunteers to help at WINE GRAB table during auction

*Meet with teachers during an all staff meeting to encourage them to think of a creative activity they can offer to be auctioned. *Print/distribute teacher activity flyers *Communicate with auction chair what each activity will be and help input on GG software *After auction let each teacher know who signed up for their activity

*Coordinate with each classroom auction art volunteer *Input descriptions of each art piece on GG software *Bring art to auction set up

Do you know a lot of parents that like to host parties? Then this position is for you. Looking for a volunteer to entice parents to host a party to benefit the auction. Hosts determine date/time/theme & number of attendees. ie...Cinco De Mayo Party, Mom's & Margaritas, Poker Party, Sports viewing party, BBQ & Beer

Volunteers to call businesses that were sent procurement letters. May need to coordinate picking up donations or make donations suggestions as needed.

Volunteers needed to be available to pick up donations prior to the auction. Most donations needing to be picked up are within 20 miles of the school. Dates and times will vary.

Volunteers needed to distribute/hang auction posters to businesses in the general area

Build/design auction catalogue with information provided by auction chair from GG software

Request computers/notepads from school district to use for check in/out Set up/take down computers/printer the day of auction Take computers/printer home after the auction & return to appropriate owner

Auction set up volunteers...the more the merrier! Set up usually is from 12-4 the day of the auction. If you can make it for any amount of time, it would be greatly appreciated.

Four volunteers needed to check in auction attendees- A 10 minute training will be provided prior to the auction, but the system is user friendly & self explanatory

Volunteers needed to sell beads for the heads and tails portion of the auction

Multiple volunteers needed to sell raffle tickets either at the auction or prior to the auction (playground)

Volunteers needed to pull silent auction bid forms when a section closes and bring to data entry volunteer- This position will be spread over several people & times

Multiple volunteers needed to input silent auction/Live auction purchases prior to the end of the auction. This position will stager with volunteers needed as soon as the first silent auction section closes.

Volunteers to assist with checking attendees out at the end of the auction

Volunteers needed to stay after the auction to help with clean up

Photographer willing to donate their time and expertise. Details will be provided to the photographer so as to not spoil the surprise for auction attendees.
