The Big Mingle is a choose your own adventure event. Try one, try ‘em all. We’re just glad you’ll be there.

🎸  If you’re coming for the music 

Donna the Band will be throwing down some beautiful alt-country-rock from 7-8:30. Toe tapping and two stepping encouraged.

After that, DJ Where’s the Bus will be firing up the dance party with your song requests plus more throwback and current hits. (Did you know that dancing with people makes you like them more?)

🏆 If you’re here to win

You are in luck. Pick up a Mingle Bingo card at registration for a chance to win a prize. You can start bidding NOW on art and party packs. We’ll announce winners of the ACL wristbands at the event (if you have tickets to The Big Mingle, you’re automatically entered to win).

🍹 If you’re here for the margs or mocktails

Slide right up to the bar for a Prickly PEAR-ent Margarita or a Maplewood Mocktail. Make sure to pair it with a taco or two—Fairways makes some *strong* drinks.

Fairways is on a golf course, and we don’t want to make any golfers grumpy, so please stay off the greens.

All of the proceeds from the event go toward teacher appreciation, which is happening next week. Keep an eye out for instructions and asks from room parents. 👀
