Committee helps plan field trips, and researches, schedules, coordinates and hires assemblies programs that enhance learning for all of our students.

General volunteer needs: 

Committee meets about three times during the year to plan and review field trips and assemblies. Ideally, have enough volunteers where each coordinates one assembly during the year. Research assemblies, work with budget limitations, seek principal approval, schedule, review and sign contract, promote work with vendor on day of assembly and introduce to school and coordinate payment.
