Coordinate communications for the Maplewood School Community and support PTA Committee Chairs and Administration with communications coordination throughout the school year.

 

Number of chairs: 1-2

 

General volunteer needs:

  • Administer the PTA Konstella site
    • Update Konstella PTA calendar to include PTA and school events
    • Add and remove users to Konstella each school year
  • Administer the PTA website
  • Administer the PTA Facebook account
  • Regular newsletter to PTA members
  • Support committee chairs and administration through coordination
  • Welcome messages for incoming new families (mostly PreK and Kinder) & sharing info with them about Sprouts and other insider info.
  • Monitor upcoming committee activities to ensure proper communications to members
