Only two more days until our annual all-school picnic! Thank you so much to everyone who has signed up to bring food and supplies and to volunteer the day of.

To make our picnic a success, we need as many involved as we can get. To that end, we are still looking to fill most of the volunteer slots to set up between 8:30-11 a.m. on the day of and need 4 more volunteers to help with the tear down from 2-3 p.m., as well.

We also still need 6 more canopies! Do you have one you can lend for the event? If so, please do! And, we have a number of food slots still open--we need 12 more main courses, 5 sides, 8 salads, and 5 desserts. Any food will work--take out, pizza, something simple. Please sign up for a food slot if you have not yet done so.

Finally, for those loaning canopies, coolers, and/or tables, please bring them to school on Friday before 3 p.m. and leave them in the courtyard, right outside the library, with your name on them. We will bring them back to school Monday afternoon, ready for your pickup on Tuesday morning.
