Spring Fundraiser and Showcase is just around the corner! Our dedicated Spring Showcase Committee is beginning its hard work to make this year's event amazing, and the best way to do that is with the help of parent volunteers. 

Here are the volunteer opportunities: 

5 volunteers for Online Donation Outreach -

Volunteers will be provided a list of 15 - 20 websites with donation forms to be filled out and submitted online. A cheat sheet of event details will also be provided with the information needed to complete these forms. This opportunity allows for volunteers to earn volunteer hours from home in their own time anytime before Friday, December 20th.

4+ volunteers for Envelope Stuffing -

Volunteers will be provided a stack of 25-50 letters & envelopes to fold, stuff, label, and stamp. Materials can be picked up from returned to the office when complete. This opportunity allows volunteers to earn volunteer hours from home in their own time. Must be completed anytime before Monday, December 16th.

1 volunteer to create a video slideshow

A creative parent, friend, or family member to create a short 1 -2 minute video slideshow. Featuring images of past Spring Showcase events, stock imager,y and copy (or VoiceOver). Creating an emotionally compelling fundraising highlight video featuring event details and the capstone project: A New School Wide Speaker & Alert System. Copy and past event imagery will be provided. This opportunity allows volunteers to earn volunteer hours from home in their own time. To be completed anytime before Friday, January 10th.
