To have check-in and activities run at full capacity, we need your help!

PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  Our MOST CRITICAL needs are in the following areas:

• waiver check-in table:  this role is critical, as all families will need to check in upon arrival.  Sign up here to help.
• inflatables supervisors:  to ensure the safety of students, parents are needed to monitor entry / exit of students at the inflatables.  Sign up here.
• haunted house build:  construction is underway, but we need lots of hands to get it ready for inspection by Friday afternoon. Please contact jillbrewer717@gmail.com if you are able to help.

Advance Ticket Sales End at 5:00pm Today!

Save some time and money by purchasing in advance!  Tickets will be sold in the breezeway after school this afternoon (10/27) and also online until 5pm.  (Don't worry  - tickets will also be available onsite at the event.) 

Already Order Online?  Online orders will be available for pick up on Friday after school in the breezeway or at the event on Saturday beginning at 12:30pm.

Waivers

Just a reminder that all participants must have a signed waiver on file to enter the event.  If you have not yet completed your 2022/23 PTA Participation Waiver, please do so here by Friday, 10/28 at 12:00pm.  Please check in at the Waiver Table upon arrival at the event.

NEW THIS YEAR!  Food Truck:  In lieu of a BBQ, we are pleased to be hosting Judie's Tacos as our food vendor.  Payment can be made directly, so no tickets required!
