The Walk-A-Thon is NEXT Friday, March 14th! We need your support to make it a success.

We will need one or two parents per class to help with:

• Counting student laps
• Distributing Otter Pops after the Walk-A-Thon.

Otter Pop & Lap Counting Instructions:

1. Pickup: Starting Thursday, March 6th, pick up Otter Pops and class list from Room 25.
2. Freeze: Freeze the Otter Pops before the Walk-A-Thon.
3. Day of Event:
   • Bring frozen Otter Pops;use the cafeteria freezer or your own cooler.
   • After the Walk-A-Thon (~2:00 PM), distribute and help students open their Otter Pops in the classroom.
   • Count and record each student's laps on the provided class list.
4. Tally & Return: Tally laps on the class list and return it to the Walk-A-Thon command center in the upper lot playground.
