Just a quick reminder that in order to volunteer for any school events—including the Book Fair next week—you need to have a BCI (background check) on file.

It’s super easy to get done! Just stop by the police station —the BCI form is usually in the lobby—and all you need is your driver’s license.

Also, keep in mind that BCIs need to be renewed every year, so if you submitted one at the beginning of last school year, it’s most likely expired or close to it.
