Next week's meeting (as well as the May meeting) will be held in the executive Boardroom, not the main Boardroom. The door is located to the right of the usual Boardroom door, through the chain link fence. First door on the left.
I also have several reminders of documents that will be due by next Thursday.
1. Meeting Dates List- This should have been collected at the beginning of the year, but I was unaware it was needed. Please make a quick word doc listing all your meeting dates for this current year.
2. Mid-Year Audits- These are now overdue, as are any audits still needed from last year. Please get them to me ASAP.
3. Historian Report- Attached. Easy to complete. Please estimate how many volunteer hours your unit has completed. Remember that PTA meetings and travel time also count as volunteer hours. 15 members per PTA meeting = 15 hours. 15 x 10 meetings/yr = 150 hours! Please don't forget to include any projected hours for the remainder of the school year.
4. Document Checklist- I have also included a copy of our Document checklist. There are still several documents that are considerably past due. Please try to get them sent to me by Monday, or let me know if you need any help.
