Dear Mission Valley community,

Thank you to all of the families who have already donated to the Busy Beaver fundraiser! As of September 28, we have reached 87% of our fundraising goal of $25,000, thanks to donations from 36% of our amazing Mission Valley families. These donations will allow us to fund supplies, services, and events that benefit all MVE students.

Before the fundraiser ends on October 26, we have one additional challenge for the MVE community.

If we can raise an additional $5,000 for a total of $30,000, we can seriously consider hiring a school crossing guard and/or providing additional classroom support for printers, educational website subscriptions, etc. The final decision on how to spend any additional funds would be made in consultation with Mission Valley staff and MVSA members (which includes anyone who donates $25 or more).

If we can reach $30,000, we will also offer additional classroom awards for the highest percent (%) participation.
