                                    Volunteers Needed!!

 

Dear Parents,

Hope you are doing well and getting prepared for Summer Vacations!! 

As the school session comes to a close, Mission Valley is also preparing for the upcoming 2025-2026 session. Like all schools, Mission Valley maintains an Emergency Backpack for each classroom to help handle the emergency situations effectively. 

The Mission Valley School Association is looking for 4 volunteers to assist with checking the current Emergency Backpack inventory on May 21st and May 28th from 1:15pm to 2:15pm.

Below are the tasks to be performed during the Emergency Backpack assessment, based on the district provided inventory sheet: 

1- Remove all expired items from the backpack.

2- Create a list of items needed in the Backpack according to the district inventory sheet.

Once the list is handed over to the school authorities, they will contact the district to restock the items for next session.

Your support will really help the teachers in maintaining the inventory for the next session.
