We need parents to help plan and set up 5th grade promotion. 

1. A photographer for student photos with promotion banner
2. A videographer, to record the whole ceremony and to share video the same evening. Link will be provided
3.Getting goodie bags/gifts ready for students
4.Snacks and refreshments for students(right after ceremony)
5. We need help the day before in the afternoon to help set up decorations for the promotion.
6. Help distribute said snacks, refreshments, goodie bags/ gifts.
7. Help clean up and reset due to student lunch starting not to long after
