We are just a few weeks away from the launch of the MGPC Spring Auction! Mark your calendar-bidding opens online on Sunday, April 12th, and will run through April 26th.
In addition to some incredible items donated by local businesses, you’ll have the chance to bid on:
- Teacher Treats: Special experiences with our amazing MGE teachers!
- Principal or Counselor for the Day: A unique opportunity for your student.
- Unique Experiences: Items from the Oakland Ballers, Ace Dance Academy, and the Bay Area Discovery Museum.
Save the Date for Our Live Event! Don’t forget to join us on April 17th at Skipolini’s in downtown Concord for a live auction event! More details on this fun night out will be coming your way soon.
Where Does the Money Go?
Every bid you place directly supports the Monte Gardens Parent Club’s mission to fund essential programs, including:
- Classroom supplies and teacher budgets
- Noon supervisors
- Enrichment events and student incentives
- Access to our school counselor
Auction Pick-Up Details: If you’re a lucky winner, you can pick up your items at the school during the following times:
- Tuesday, April 28 & Thursday, April 30: 7:45 am – 8:15 am (drop-off) or 2:15 pm – 3:00 pm (after school)
- Wednesday, April 29: 7:45 am – 8:15 am (drop-off) or 12:45 pm – 1:20 pm (after school)
