ARE HEROES — Heroes are made every single day. Being a Super Hero is about kindness, taking action, and being the leader the world needs — starting today.

Tonight's challenge: Principal Challenge!!

If we meet our collective fundraising goal by tomorrow morning, students will get to see the Apex Team pie Mr. Stewart in the face!!!! We’re approximately 80% to goal!

How Can You Help?  LOG IN — SHARE — PLEDGE

• Log in: Go to myapexevent.com using your child’s unique ACCESS CODE or scan the QR code on their VIP Badge.

• Share: Use the Share Wizard to send a donation link to friends and family via email, text, and social media.

• Pledge: Make a flat donation OR pledge a dollar amount per lap your child completes at the event. Reported laps are capped at 42. If a student is in Pre-K, absent, or unable to participate, their laps count will default to 36.

Tomorrow is our Walk-A-Thon Fun Run Event! We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate all that our students (and you!) have contributed to this fundraiser.

Informative Event Day Notes:

• Fun Run times are as follows: 

     - TK through 2nd Grade and SDC: 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM

     - 3rd through 5th Grade: 10:20 AM to 11:15 AM

• Students will be doing their Fun Runs on the blacktop on the designated APEX raceways/tracks. 

• There will be 2 separate tracks during each run, with no more than 3-4 classes advancing on each track at any given time.

• Campus Entry: Spectators may enter campus directly through the side gate leading onto the blacktop.

• Cheering Zones: For student safety and clear running paths, all spectators must remain within the designated parent/family cheering section throughout the event.

• Transitioning for Recess: Immediately following each Fun Run block, our blacktop must transition directly back to student recess. We kindly ask all spectators to exit promptly through the side gate once your student’s session concludes.

• Families with Multiple Students: If you have children participating in both the morning and mid-morning sessions, please exit campus after the first block and re-enter through the side gate prior to the start of the 3rd through 5th grade run.

• Campus Volunteers: In accordance with district safety protocols, only cleared volunteers assisting with event operations are permitted to remain on campus between sessions.
