Dear Monte Gardens Families,

We’re reaching out to ask for your voice and partnership in an important next step for our school community. At our May 21st General Membership Meeting, the Monte Gardens Parents Club 2026–2027 Proposed Budget was not approved. Before revising and resubmitting the proposal, we want to hear directly from our MG student families and community members.

Please take a few minutes to complete our survey and share your thoughts, priorities, and feedback. Your input will play a direct role in shaping the revised budget proposal for the 2026–2027 school year.

The survey will close this evening - Tuesday, May 26th at 11:59PM PT. We encourage all families to participate and make their voices heard.

We also invite you to save the date for our upcoming online General Membership Meeting on Thursday, May 28th at 7:00PM PT. During this meeting, we will review community feedback, discuss the revised proposed budget, and continue important conversations about the future of our Parents Club programs and support for Monte Gardens students.

Please find linked the upcoming agenda for our May 28th meeting and the minutes and presentation deck from last week's meeting. We encourage you to review materials ahead of this Thursday. We hope you will join us and continue to be part of this collaborative process.
