Lost & Found Committee

The Lost & Found Committee will manage the lost and found rack. The Committee will split the work out on a per-week basis, where the designated Committee Member (Chair or Member) will:

  • Gather belongings left behind on campus,
  • Return them to the lost and found rack,
  • Organize the lost and found rack,
  • Work to return lost items back to their rightful owner by way of contact details on the belonging and posting images/videos on Monte Gardens Facebook group, and
  • Donate unclaimed items by the end of the last school day of the month, excluding those collected during the final week.
    • For illustrative purposes: items collected August 28, 2023 through September 22, 2023 would be donated to Goodwill on Friday, September 29, 2023.

The duties and responsibilities associated with this Committee could be performed prior to or after a Committee Member's scheduled volunteer obligation (eg after Carpool).
