Oversee the Box Tops fundraising program. Partners with Director of Communications & Membership in exploring periodic promotions (raffles) to help with advancing the program.

The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) Representative serves as a liaison between Monte Gardens and the Mount Diablo Unified School District's Parent Advisory Council. Representatives attend monthly district PAC meetings, share relevant updates with the Parent Faculty Club and school community, and help keep families informed about district initiatives, including the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The Spelling Bee Coordinator works with school administration to plan and coordinate the annual school spelling bee. Responsibilities include organizing the event, coordinating participants and volunteers, managing event logistics, and helping create a fun, educational experience that celebrates student achievement and a love of learning.

The Square 1 Art Coordinator organizes the annual Square 1 Art fundraiser, working with school staff and volunteers to distribute materials, promote participation, coordinate ordering, and manage the distribution of completed keepsakes. This fundraiser celebrates student creativity while raising funds to support Monte Gardens.

The Website Coordinator works with the Parents Club leadership, school administration, and staff to maintain the Parent Faculty Club webpage, ensuring families have access to timely, accurate, and up-to-date information about school news, events, and volunteer opportunities.

The Yearbook Coordinator works together with Parents Club leadership and school site administrator to create Monte Gardens' annual yearbook, capturing memories from tk/kindergarten through fifth grade. They coordinate photo collection, photography, layout and design, proofreading, promotion, and distribution to produce a keepsake that celebrates the school year.
